As much as I wanted to do the action of my blog entry title here, I wasn't able to. We weren't allowed. I guess it's only on movies (or on the photo below) that I see this happening. :-/

Anyway...

Hurray to the fresh graduates!
You're done with the studying chapter of your life! (unless, you're gonna go for MA/MS).
It's time for job huntings and job interviews. Good luck! You're now facing the real world. :)

As for me, I am 2 slash 2 1/2 years away from my own graduation in college.

Earlier I saw our box of photos and went through it. And I found my own graduation photos. Hehe. It's fun reliving the moments of my graduations. I've gone through 2 graduations, Grade School and High School. And here are my photos. :) Be the judge of the differences/similarities between the present me and the past me. Hehe. :)

I know it's kinda late for a grad-congratulation post. But hey, I still feel it, and it's not really late for the Seniors in my univ. They are partially graduated, hehe, they've graduated clinically, but on the 26th or the 27th they will have their academic graduation. For tradition, I guess. And in two years slash two and a half years time, I will be the one marching the aisle and the stage to get my own diploma. :)

Till then, I will have to go through a lot of lectures, a lot of clinical duties and a lot of requirements plus a thesis to defend. Ooohh, challenges! :D :P

Rain, Rain, Rain

It's raining! And it's pouring! :)
Is it the start of the rainy season? Allellujah! 

I don't really like pouring rain, but the weather is just so darn hot, that the whole Philippines is like an oven. So a little rain will make it cooler here. Hmmm... I do like the rain, but just the moderated one, the one where you can still play under it and not those that cause disaster and catastrophe. (Who likes that kind of rain anyway?)

Switching Teams

Before I was an Elena-Stefan fan but now, I think I'm switching to Elena-Damon team. After watching the Elena-Damon dance in the Miss Mystic Falls episode Vampire Diaries, i got so kilig over the couple. And there, I'm an Elena-Damon team now. :P

For the record, I am really for Damon over Stefan. Damon is way cuter and hotter than Stefan. Haha.

We have birds at home! Addition to our not-so-many pets. So, all in all, we already have 2 turtles, 3 cats + 3 kittens, a dog and 5 birds. Talk of a mini zoo. Haha

I don't know how those birds are called, I just know that their cuckoos are cute and nice to hear. :)

The Frog

One frog

Frog jumps away from human.
Human had goose bumps and very grossed out.
Poor human who hates frogs actually made direct contact with it.

Yes, i don't like frogs, and i know they don't like me too. And this unfortunate event happened to me earlier when me and my friends decided to play volleyball at the campus field. :|

Massive Black Milk Attack

This is one of the nights that I am actually not studying for a quiz nor doing a homework for tomorrow. Wow. This is kind of rare. Haha. And I'm already starting my countdown because summer school is almost done. Hmm. Like it actually makes a difference. End of classes for my major subject this summer is on the 18th but minor subjects will end the week after next, which is the last week of May. Enrollment for the first semester of 2nd Year is on the first week of June. And 4 days after that, I think, it's the start of classes. Which only means, I only have a week to breathe after having summer school. Heck nice. :|

Anyway, as the french say, "C'est la vie." Hmm. Yeah.

PS The title doesn't connect with the content, it's a song and the artist of that particular song. It's what I'm listening to while typing this entry. :)

ok. the challenge thing was a fail. a complete fail. i was actually willing and really game for it. but i don't really go online when i'm at the dorm during school nights. hence the un-updated blog and the complete failure of the challenge. it's supposed to end tomorrow or the day after tomorrow but as you can see on the archive, the last entry was day 6. 6 days out of 30. nice one. haha.

oh well. haha.

am i going to take any other challenges? hmm. maybe. and hopefully i could finish it the next time. :)

You don't have to be drop dead gorgeous to be pretty. You simply have to be happy. Happy about things, about having braces, about having lots of freckles, about having small bust size, about life, about your life. This is like loving your life and the whole you, and then you become and prove to yourself that you are pretty. Of course, we have to be pretty both inside and out, so we better watch how we treat others. It doesn't mean that you believe you are pretty and that you have proven to yourself that you are pretty, you'd be oozing with so much self-confidence and pride to the point that you are boastful and pretentious. Remember, humility is also another virtue. :)

Last Day

This is the last day of my summer vacation.
The 2-week vacation is almost over in about 12 hours.

Tomorrow, though, it's a Saturday, I will have to wake up 5 or 5:30-ish in the morning and get ready for summer school. No, I didn't fail or anything. The program I'm taking up for college really has summer classes. Meaning I would have to endure not having a proper 2-month summer vacation at beaches or just bumming around the house and doing whatever I like for 3 years. For 3 years, yep, you heard me, 3 years, I will have nothing of such, instead I'm going to spend it in classrooms and hospital rooms and in complete uniform plus the bun hairdo. I do not have objections on the hairdo. Summer here can be quite hot and the hairdo helps cool thy body. hehe. at least there is one bright side to it. :)

anyway, i think there are some other bright sides on having summer classes. See, summer semester is 6 days a week. Ok, I bet you're thinking, "Where is the bright side to that?" well, I get to see my friends almost daily. And I will also have allowance per week, which doesn't happen during summers with no classes. Hehe. See? It's just a matter of seeing the lighter side of things. There are a lot of down sides and I wouldn't talk about it anymore 'coz I don't want you to read my rants about not having the usual high school 2-month summer vacation. Coz also that would bore you to hell.

Anyway, I think this would be all for now. If I type much more longer, that would be another recipe to boredom for readers. Hehe.

Day 3 - Your Favorite Television Program

my favorite tv programs.
it will be Gossip Girl, 90210 and Heroes.

Gossip Girl,  the twists, the characters, Chuck Bass (hahaha), the bitchiness, the clothes, the lifestyle and New York. I don't recommend this show to youngsters though, coz i've seen enough of it being immitated in my previous high school. ugh. like whatever. it's just a show dammit! you don't have to immitate the bitchiness of Blair or the grungy, rebellious aura of Jenny just to say you're a Gossip Girl fan. ugh. ok, nuff said. haha.

90210. the twists, the characters, Liam :P, the bitchy Naomi, and the irritating Jen, the lifestyle, the style etc etc etc. It's like seeing the book series A-List on tv. It doesn't have the same plot, but the setting is the same, Beverly Hills, where the rich and famous are.

Heroes. the powers. the supernatural things happening. Sylar and his ability to absorb powers. Claire and her regenarative powers. Matt and his mind reading ability. the twists. the time traveling ability of Hiro. hmmm. ok haha. yes.

Day 2 - Your Favorite Movie

if you really know me, you also know this.
like my favorite songs, i also have a number of favorite movies.
but i think the two most favorite movies of mine are Breakfast At Tiffany's and The Notebook.

Breakfast At Tiffany's for me is timeless. well, aside from featuring my favorite actress of all time, Audrey Hepburn. I also like the plot. It isn't as good as the other Academy award winning movies but i still like it. Another plus is the outfits Audrey had worn in the movie. Elegant, chic and simple. :)
I actually like all Audrey Hepburn movies, Breakfast At Tiffany's and Charade are my favorites among her movies.

The Notebook. This movie, no matter how many times I've watched it, still makes me cry. Especially the ending parts. Enough said. I can't describe it in words how this movie became one of my favorites. It just became one. :) I also have read the book which was written by Nicholas Sparks and I also liked it.
